The Board of Trustees and staff of the New York State Trooper Foundation wish to express our sincere condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Trooper David Brinkerhoff. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this very difficult time.

The NYS Trooper Foundation has established a Trust Fund at Trustco Bank for Isabella Grace Brinkerhoff, the infant daughter of Trooper David Brinkerhoff. Trooper Brinkerhoff was shot and killed in the line of duty on April 25, 2007 during the search for fugitive Travis Trim, wanted in connection with the attempted homicide of another New York State Trooper that occurred on April 24, 2007.

Donations to the Isabella Grace Brinkerhoff Trust can be made at any Trustco Bank branch or by mailing your check to the NYS Trooper Foundation at 3 Airport Park Boulevard, Latham, NY 12110. Please make all checks payable to the Isabella Grace Brinkerhoff Trust.

The Trooper Foundation is pleased to accept support in various forms: cash, stocks or gifts-in-kind of property. And because the Trooper Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charity, all gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Additional gifts may be made through bequests, life insurance, and life income arrangements (e.g., charitable remainder trusts, annuities, etc.).

GEORGE F. CHANDLER SOCIETY
The George F. Chandler Society commemorates the extraordinary vision and work of the first Superintendent of the New York State Police. The Society honors all contributors of $25,000 or more to the Trooper Foundation during the fiscal year, July 1 through June 30.

There are two membership levels of the George F. Chandler society: $25,000 - $49,999: Regular Member
$50,000 and above: Lifetime Member

ORDER OF THE GREY RIDERS
The Order of the Grey Riders pays tribute to the original New York State Troopers who, because they were a mounted patrol and wore gray uniforms, were known as Grey Riders. Membership honors those donors who contribute $5,000 to $24,999 to the Trooper Foundation during the fiscal year.

There are two membership levels of the Order of the Grey Riders:
$5,000 - $9,999: Regular Member
$10,000 - $24,999: Distinguished Member

Members of the Chandler Society and the Order of the Grey Riders are:
• invited to attend select events during the year as guests of the Superintendent of the New York State Police.
• invited to special recognition events as guests of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
• recognized on special plaques which hang in the State Police Academy.
• recognized in the annual Honor Roll of Contributors.

THE PARTNERSHIP COUNCIL
The Partnership Council recognizes individual and business donors who contribute $1,000 to $4,999 to the Trooper Foundation during the fiscal year. Individual donors at this level are considered members of the Citizen's Partnership Council and business or corporate donors are considered members of the Corporate Partnership Council.

There are two membership levels of the Partnership Council:
$1,000 - $2,499: Regular Member
$2,500 - $4,999: Distinguished Member

Members of the Partnership Council are:
• invited to a special recognition event as guests of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
• recognized on a special plaque which hangs in the State Police Academy.
• recognized in the annual Honor Roll of contributors.

TROOPER FOUNDATION ASSOCIATES
The Trooper Foundation Associates recognizes those donors who give $100 to $999 to the Foundation during the fiscal year.

There are two membership levels of Trooper Foundation Associates:
$100 - $499: Regular Member
$500 - $999: Distinguished Member

Members of the Associates are:
• invited to an annual recognition event.
• recognized in the Honor Roll of Contributors.
